I've worked with businesses large and small in a variety of different functions. Always starting at the bottom and using insights to improve how things work.
At Star Park, I started as a valet and noticed there was room for improvement with their accounting processes. Soon, I was working as an internal auditor for Star Park-managed lots.
After college, I interned with COlaboratory- an internship program from the Portland Advertising Federation that places advertising and design students to work with a series of local ad agencies and create a real-life client pitch. After the program concluded, FRANK- one of my agency placements- hired me as a freelance Guerilla Marketing Specialist and then as a full-time Marketing Manager.
My time at Apple started as a part-time Specialist and, after working inventory during product launches, I realized my talents were better suited in maintaining inventory accuracy and tracking trends. It was this attention to detail that led me to be promoted to Genius Room Administrator where I was responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of repairs.
I spent nearly 9 years at Squarespace, in roles ranging from a Senior Support Specialist (Commerce / Acuity) to Senior Workforce Specialist and, finally, as a Product Support Lead for the Commerce product. My experience in communication studies, customer interaction and MBA progress in Data Analytics has yielded very high customer satisfaction ratings, stronger consumer insights and additional roles and responsibilities within the organization.
I'm big into talking to people to determine organizational pain-points and then creating internal resources to educate and drive results.
